For all of the uninformed out there (particularly those of the realtor kind), the Blogmaster assumes that in addition to the drop in real estate prices, you would like to hold the Blog similarly responsible for the recent (2008) Stock Market performance. Guess what, the Blog didn't have anything to do with the stock market either. ........ Same goes for the Presidential election.  LOL.
